Jasper to Banff along the Icefield Parkway, Friday 7th August

This is one of the most scenic drives in Alberta along 230kms of stunning scenery and all of it protected national park. We started at the Athabasca Falls.

Then drove on past wonderful scenery.

Plus a group photo and one of the road ahead and looking down on our bus.

Then Bow Lake and the wonderful colour of the water.

Via Lake Louise which behind the camera is thronging with tourists ten deep on the shore.
And lastly Moraine Lake and its beautiful colours before reaching the Tunnel Mountain Campsite just outside Banff.
