NE Jordan
We drove out of Amman with the morning rush hour traffic. We were going through NE Jordan to get near the border with Iraq. The road was quiet and not much traffic but also that meant that the road surface wasn't as good as it mght have been.
It is an arid area, with a lot of stoney desert. Many of the fields had been ploughed but there was still a lot of stones.Eventually it was just desert without a house or farm to be seen. There was very little vegetation so it was also deserted with out any goats, sheep or camels and no Bedouin tents to be seen.
Eventually, it was just flat desert for as far as the eye could see. We stopped in Ruwaished which is a tiny town in the middle of nowhere.
