 Medina, Mohammad's Tomb  

A day in Medina, Islam's second most sacred place as it is where the Prohet Mohammad is buried. Around his tomb is a vast complex, with access to the inner sanctum restricted to Muslims. It is only since COVID that non-Muslims have been allowed to (legitimately) enter the city. They are free to roam bt are not allowed to go beyond the green gates of the inner sanctum. 

The plaza in front of the entrance with distinctive lights on the right, a minaret in the centre and some of the large concrete umbrellas to shield the pilgrims from the sun and the rain.
